Ayurveda & Yoga - Retreat for women
Enjoy a wonderful week at Haus am Watt with Yin & Hatha yoga classes inspired by Ayurveda and experience authentic Ayurveda - integrated into our culture and way of life. The yoga program during the retreat, which is individually tailored to the season, leads you into a new mindfulness in your own practice and strengthens your positive personality traits and personal resilience. In spring, the Ayurvedic focus is on detox and in fall on rasayana (rejuvenation) and nourishment.
With the help of Ayurvedic detox, nutrition & health recommendations, daily lectures and small guided self-massages, you will gain more understanding, serenity and self-confidence in dealing with your body, your mental potential and the challenges of everyday life.
Content of the retreat:
- daily evening yin yoga/restorative yoga for inner contemplation and strengthening the female parts for 90 minutes
- Daily morning Hatha Yoga - Ayurvedic-inspired and metabolism-stimulating 90 minutes
- Evening meditations
- Instructions for a short Ayurvedic self-massage
- a joint Ayurveda cooking course
- Daily Ayurveda lectures on the topics: Doshas, general dietary recommendations, spices and herbs, Ayurveda medicine cabinet, Ayurveda oils

- 315 EUR with private bathroom
- 210 EUR with shared bathroom
Double room as single room:
All rooms in the Haus am Watt are double rooms, which you can also occupy as a single room, for which we charge the indicated surcharges. In the "private bathroom" option, you occupy a double room as a single room with a private bathroom. In the "shared bathroom" option, you occupy a "half" two-room apartment (your own separate double room as a single room) and share the bathroom with another person who occupies the other room in the apartment.
