Please inform Pier Court Apartments Brighton in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the apartments are located above Patterns bar, club and music venue. On weekends and some week nights, the club will be playing loud music. While the apartments are a few floors above the club, the music will occasionally be heard. The club closes at 04:00. Please note these apartments have stairs and the building does not have a working lift. Managed by a private host
