Please inform Raphael Suites by Smartflats in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is no reception on site. We operate self check-in and have a call centre available 24/7 and a whatsapp number where we can be reached 24/7 as well. We clean before and after your stay. In the meantime, this is your home. Take care of it. We do not change towels or sheets during your stay, unless your stay exceeds 5 nights. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee (18-54€ depending on the type of flat). Please note that in case of damage, an extra fee will be charged. This is a non-smoking accommodation. Parties/events are not permitted. Guests should avoid making noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Pets are not allowed in the property. Sofa Bed Policy: Please note that the sofa bed is only prepared when the maximum capacity of the flat or maximum capacity minus 1 person is reached. In other cases, the sofa bed is upon request when booking and at an extra cost of EUR 25 per stay. There is no lift in this building. Therefore, we will not be able to accept persons with reduced mobility.
