Detailed physiotherapeutic back analysis (1 hour) with creation of an individual therapy plan. Therapy plan, e.g:

4 exercise units of medical rehabilitation training under therapeutic guidance

med-PLUS services: Individual initial consultation/examination with the doctor, alternative practitioner or physiotherapist to determine the status. The content and focus of the treatment packages are coordinated or adapted. Participation in the Eggensberg Guest Active Programme: depending on the season, professionally guided units.
MOVEMENT: e.g. pulse-controlled ergometer training, water gymnastics, health hiking
RELAXATION: e.g. meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, autogenic training, Five Tibetans
HEALTH lectures: e.g. nutrition, Kneipp, healthy sleep, herbs, back/knee complaints
Treatment days: Monday to Friday
