Our "Vegan Time Out" provides an easy conversion to an alkaline-surplus diet in a relaxed feel-good atmosphere.

Internally, we affectionately call the vegan time-out the "taster alkaline fasting" - you enjoy the alkaline cuisine but do not have to do without anything. A balanced diet should keep the acid-base balance in the body in equilibrium.
