Agriturismo Eucalipto

The Agrituristica Eucalipto farm was the brainchild of Carmine Coccorullo, who, on his return from Germany where he had worked for more than twenty years at the helm of two restaurants, decided to buy a 15-hectare property in the Contrada Cafaro di Perdifumo, a property that had once been his family's home and had now been abandoned.
In 1985, the old farmhouse was renovated, and the company was established, whose name derives from a very large 'EUCALIPTO' plant, planted many years earlier by Giuseppe Coccorullo, Carmine's father.
The experience accumulated during the years spent abroad and the large quantity of products that were obtained from the land prompted the founder to pursue the agritourism business.
Agriturismo Eucalipto has two large rooms for weddings, 29 rooms with bathroom, minibar, a swimming pool and large green spaces. As an agritourism farm, the Eucalipto also has 2500 olive trees, 1000 vine plants, and numerous stables in which about 60 pigs, 3 cows, 5 goats, rabbits and chickens are raised.
The idea conceived by Carmine Coccorullo in the early 1980s quickly turned out to be a successful one, above all because the beauty of the landscape and the goodness and genuineness of the products cultivated are combined with great seriousness and professionalism, attracting numerous tourists to the beautiful countryside of the Cilento Park area every year.
