For 150 years, the Hubertushof has been connected to the tradition of the Salzkammergut and lives the Austrian cuisine with a very special Salzkammergut touch with fresh products from the region. The legendary chef Franziska "Franzi" Mühlböck, who wielded the wooden spoon here at Hubertushof for more than 20 years, is considered a role model. Chef Franz Hödlmoser has developed and refined this tradition; but her recipes and above all her good spirit are still the basis of the cuisine today.
